Job Description
We are looking for Spanish bi-lingual collections representatives with excellent customer service skills to assist in recovery efforts on behalf of our clients. The collections representatives communicate with customers over the phone to help them resolve their outstanding balances. Join us in our next training class to work in our professional call center. This position offers a negotiable hourly rate plus competitive monthly bonuses.

Job Requirements
The collections representatives are required to do the following:
Competitive with a drive to exceed goals
Advanced problem solving and persuasion skills
Ability to work in a team and results-oriented environment
Ability to multi-task coupled with strong organization skills
Computer savvy particularly in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
Must have reliable transportation
Ability to work 40 hours a week Monday - Friday. The schedule consists of three days 8:00am - 5:00pm, and 2 evenings from 12:45pm - 9:45pm. One Saturday shift is required monthly from 8:00am - 12:00pm.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
